| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الإدمان الرقمي، واضطرابات النوم واضطرابات الأكل، والاكتئاب، لدي طلاب الجامعة. والتحقق من إمكانية التنبؤ بالإدمان الرقمي، من خلال اضطرابات النوم، واضطرابات الاكل، والاكتئاب. والكشف عن الفروق بين الذكور والإناث، والتخصصات العلمية والأدبية، والفرقتين الثانية والرابعة في الإدمان الرقمي، وشارك في البحث (413) طالباً جامعياً من الذكور والإناث من التخصصات العلمية والأدبية من طلاب الفرقتين الثانية والرابعة، ممن تراوحت أعمارهم بين (19-22) عاماً. وتمثلت الأدوات في مقياس اضطرابات النوم اعداد دعاء عبد القادر، ومقياس اضطرابات الأكل اعداد زينب شقير، ومقياس الاكتئاب اعداد (Beck& Alford ,2009) وترجمة احمد عبد الخالق، إلى جانب مقياس الإدمان الرقمي، اعداد الباحثة. وقد تم حساب الخصائص السيكومترية للأدوات، والاطمئنان إلى تمتعها بمعاملات صدق وثبات مطمئنة. واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن لاختبار فروض البحث. باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة: ومنها اختبار (ت)، ومعاملات الارتباط، والانحدار المتعدد. أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة موجبة بين الإدمان الرقمي، واضطرابات النوم، واضطرابات الاكل، والاكتئاب. كما كشفت فروقا بين الذكور والإناث، في اتجاه الذكور، وفروقاً بين الفرقتين الثانية، والرابعة، في اتجاه الفرقة الثانية في الإدمان الرقمي، بينما لم تكشف فروقاً بين التخصصات العلمية والأدبية. كما أظهرت النتائج إمكانية التنبؤ بالإدمان الرقمي من خلال اضطرابات النوم، واضطرابات الاكل، والاكتئاب. وقد تمت مناقشة نتائج البحث في ضوء ما انتهت إليه نتائج البحوث والدراسات السابقة، وانتهي البحث بعرض بعض التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة. The current study aimed to identify the relationship between digital addiction, eating disorders, sleep disorders, and depression among university students. The study also aimed to identify the extent of predicting digital addiction through variables of eating disorders, sleep disorders, and depression. The primary study sample consisted of (413) male and female university students from scientific and literary specializations, aged between 19-22 years. The researcher used the Eating Disorders Scale prepared by Zainab Shaqir, the Sleep Disorders Scale prepared by Duaa Abdel Qader the Depression Scale prepared by Ahmed Abdel Khaleq, and the Digital Addiction Scale prepared by the researcher. The psychometric properties of the tools were calculated, and reassurance was confirmed that they had reliable validity and reliability coefficients. The researcher relied on the descriptive comparative approach to test the study hypotheses using appropriate statistical methods, including the t-test, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The results showed a positive relationship between digital addiction, eating disorders, sleep disorders, and depression. The study also found differences between males and females in favor of females, while the study did not find differences between literary and scientific specializations. The study also found differences between year two and year four in favor of year two. The results also demonstrated the possibility of predicting digital addiction through sleep disturbances and eating disorders and depression. The results were interpreted in light of previous research findings, the study concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals for future studies. | ||||
