| Abstract | ||||
| يتناول هذا البحث جانبًا مهمًا من جوانب خدمة السنة النبوية المشرفة، ألا وهو فن التعقبات والاستدراكات، وهو أحد العلوم المهمة التي تهتم بدراسة وتتبع أقوال الأئمة النقاد في الحديث، وهو علم يعكس مدى عناية الأمة الإسلامية بالسنة النبوية المشرفة وضمان دقتها ونقائها وهو شاهد على منهجية النقد العلمي الرصينة التي أسسها علماء الحديث. وتزداد أهمية هذا الفن إذا صدر من إمام حافظ ناقد، على أئمة أكابر من حفاظ هذا العلم. وقد تناولت في هذا البحث التعريف بالتعقب لغة واصطلاحًا، وكذلك التعريف بالاستدراك لغة واصطلاحاً، مع ذكر ترجمة موجزة للأئمة الحاكم، والمزي، والعراقي -رحمهم الله تعالى-، مع تناول الدراسة التطبيقية لتعقبات واستدراكات الحافظ العراقي -رحمه الله تعالى-على الإمامين الحاكم والمزي-رحمهما الله تعالى- في كتابه "ذيل ميزان الاعتدال" مستخدمًا المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي؛ حيث قمت باستقراء جميع التعقبات التي تعقب فيها الحافظ العراقي الإمامين، وكذلك جميع الاستدراكات، وعملت على دراستها، وتحليلها تحليلًا علميًا، محاولًا الترجيح، مستعينا بأقوال العلماء. وفي نهاية البحث توصلت إلى ترجيح تعقبات الحافظ العراقي -رحمه الله تعالى- واستدراكاته في الأعم الأغلب. This research deals with an important aspect of serving the honorable prophetic Sunnah, which is the art of comments and additions, which is one of the important sciences that are concerned with studying and tracking the sayings of the critical imams in Hadith, and it is a science that reflects the extent of the Islamic nation's care for the honorable prophetic Sunnah and ensuring its accuracy and purity, and it is a witness to the solid scientific criticism methodology established by the scholars of Hadith. The importance of this art increases if it is issued by an imam who is a memorizer and critic, on the great imams who memorized this science. In this research, I have dealt with the definition of tracking in language and terminology, as well as the definition of correction in language and terminology, with a brief biography of the Imams Al-Hakim, Al-Mizzi, and Al-Iraqi - may Allah have mercy on them - and with the application study of the comments and corrections of Al-Hafiz Al-Iraqi - may Allah have mercy on him - on the Imams Al-Hakim and Al-Mizzi - may Allah have mercy on them -. Using the analytical inductive method, I have inducted all the comments in which Al-Hafiz Al-Iraqi followed the two Imams, as well as all the corrections, and I worked on studying and analyzing them scientifically, trying to weigh, with the help of the sayings of scholars. At the end of the research, I reached the weight of the comments and corrections of Al-Hafiz Al-Iraqi - may Allah have mercy on him - in most cases. | ||||
