Abstract | ||||
This research aims at addressing the problems faced by learners of the German language in dealing with cases of linguistic doubt. Cases of linguistic doubt are one of the challenges that Learners face, due to the difficulty of evaluating the correctness or suitability of different linguistic variants or alternatives. Cases of linguistic doubt are those linguistic phenomena that raise doubt and hesitation among learners. Although cases of linguistic doubt exist in German, they have not been given much attention in linguistics and grammar references. The research also aims to clarify cases of linguistic doubt, explaining their reasons and highlighting some common doubts. In addition, the research will clarify the importance of teaching cases of linguistic doubt and the necessity of integrating them into German language curricula; and the importance of developing educational materials that address cases of linguistic doubt in detail. An experimental study was conducted on a sample of German language learners, to comprehensively understand the topic and highlight its importance. | ||||
