| Abstract | ||||
| يتناول البحث مفهوم الاستقراء المنطقي، وبيان أقسامه، ونقد الاستقراء التام عند المناطقة، وتقديم الاستقراء الناقص عليه، مع التركيز على أقسامه، كما يعرض مراحله الأساسية: الملاحظة، التجربة، ووضع الفروض، وصياغة القوانين، كما يبين قواعد الاستقراء وطرقه، وبيان الميزات والعيوب لهذه الطرق، كما يؤكد على استعمال منهج الاستقراء في العلوم الشرعية، والمقارنة بين استعمال علماء الشريعة للاستقراء والمناطقة. Summary: This study explores the concept of logical induction, outlining its various types and critiquing complete induction as presented by logicians, while advocating for the superiority of incomplete induction, with emphasis on its categories. It also presents the fundamental stages of induction: observation, experimentation, hypothesis formulation, and the development of laws. Furthermore, it clarifies the rules and methods of induction, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of these methods. The research underscores the use of the inductive method in Islamic sciences and compares how scholars of Islamic law and logicians employ induction. | ||||
