| Abstract | ||||
| درس هذا البحث حكم فصل مصليات النساء عن المسجد، وقام البحث على تمهيد ومقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، وانتهى البحث إلى أن الوضع الشرعي للمسجد هو تأخير صفوف النساء إلى مؤخرة المسجد، وعدم فصلها عنه، ومشروعية شهود المرأة لصلاة الجماعة وفق الضوابط الشرعية، كما كن يشهدنها في مسجد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، من دون حواجز أو سواتر، ولما يترتب على الفصل الكلي لمصليات النساء عن المسجد من الآثار السيئة، واندثار كثير من السنن والحكم الشرعية، وذلك بسبب الابتداع، ومخالفة أمر النبي r. This research examined the ruling on separating women's prayer areas from the mosque. The research consisted of an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. The research concluded that the legal status of the mosque is to delay the women's rows to the back of the mosque, not to separate them from it. It also concluded that women are permitted to witness congregational prayer in accordance with Islamic regulations. They witness it in the mosque of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, without barriers or screens, and because of the negative effects that result from the complete separation of women’s prayer areas from the mosque, and the obliteration of many of the Sunnahs and Islamic rulings, due to innovation and disobedience to the command of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. | ||||
