| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية في تعزيز استقرار المجتمع، وذلك من خلال تحليل الأبعاد المرتبطة بهذه الحماية، مثل تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية، وتوفير الخدمات الأساسية، وضمان حقوق الأفراد في مواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهجية وصفية وتحليلية، تضمنت مراجعة شاملة للمفاهيم والأطر النظرية للحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية. كما تم الاستناد إلى تحليل مقارن لتطبيقات الحماية الاجتماعية في السياقات المختلفة، مع تسليط الضوء على التشريعات القانونية وآليات الدعم المؤسسي. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أن الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية تعد عاملًا أساسيًا لتحقيق الاستقرار المجتمعي وتقليل الفجوات الاجتماعية. أن آليات الحماية الاجتماعية تعزز التماسك الاجتماعي من خلال تكافؤ الفرص، مما يقلل من الفجوات بين الفئات المختلفة ويضمن الشمولية. أهمية دور التشريعات القانونية في مواجهة التحديات المستجدة، مثل الأزمات الاقتصادية والجرائم السيبرانية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحديث آليات الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية بما يتماشى مع التطورات العالمية، وتشجيع الاستثمار في التوعية المجتمعية لضمان فهم الأفراد لحقوقهم وواجباتهم. The study aimed to explore the role of social and legal protection in enhancing the stability of society, by analyzing the dimensions associated with this protection, such as achieving social justice, providing basic services, and ensuring the rights of individuals in the face of economic and social challenges. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical methodology, which included a comprehensive review of the concepts and theoretical frameworks of social and legal protection. A comparative analysis of social protection applications in different contexts was also based, highlighting legal legislation and institutional support mechanisms. The study reached a set of results, most notably: Social and legal protection is a key factor for achieving societal stability and reducing social gaps. Social protection mechanisms promote social cohesion through equal opportunities, reducing gaps between different groups and ensuring inclusiveness. The importance of the role of legal legislation in facing emerging challenges, such as economic crises and cybercrime. The study recommended the need to update social and legal protection mechanisms in line with global developments, and to encourage investment in community awareness to ensure that individuals understand their rights and duties. | ||||
