Abstract | ||
A Proposed Program Using Instantaneous training and Its Effect on Some Physical and Skill Variables of Female Table Tennis Players. The aim of this study was to design a proposed program using purposeful phase-specific instantaneous training and to examine and determine its effect on the physical and skill levels (motor speed, reaction speed, speed-strength, coordination, accuracy, agility, flexibility and straight forehand stroke targeting the front zone) of female table tennis players. The researchers used the experimental method using the experimental design of two experimental and control groups, a sample of (22) junior athletes from the Sports School in El-Mataria, Cairo, during the 2024 season. the results indicated that the proposed training program using the suggested situational drills had a more significant and positive impact on the development of the physical and skill variables under investigation compared to the traditional program followed by the coach of the junior table tennis players. | ||
