| Abstract | ||||
| يبحث هذا المقال في دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة وتقنياتها المختلفة في نقل الثقافة للأطفال، مستعرضًا تأثير الوسائط المتعددة، والوسائل الرقمية التفاعلية، والإعلام الجديد على تنشئة الطفل ثقافيًا ومعرفيًا. يناقش البحث كيف أسهمت هذه التكنولوجيا في تشكيل وعي الطفل بالقيم، والهوية، والمعرفة، من خلال ما تقدمه من محتوى متنوع، سريع الانتشار، وسهل الوصول. كما يسلط الضوء على إيجابيات وسلبيات التعرض المبكر والمستمر لهذه الوسائل، مركزًا على ضرورة التوجيه الأسري والمؤسسي لضمان توظيف هذه الوسائط في بناء ثقافة متوازنة. يشير البحث إلى أهمية تطوير محتوى مخصص للأطفال يستند إلى بيئتهم الثقافية المحلية، مع دمج تقنيات تفاعلية تعزز من فهمهم وسلوكهم. ويخلص إلى أن التكنولوجيا، إذا ما أُحسن استخدامها، تشكل أداة فعالة في تعزيز الثقافة لدى الأطفال وتنمية إدراكهم للعالم من حولهم. This paper explores the role of modern communication technologies and their various tools in transmitting culture to children. It examines how multimedia, interactive digital platforms, and new media influence children’s cultural and cognitive development. The study highlights how these technologies contribute to shaping children’s awareness of values, identity, and knowledge through accessible and fast-spreading content. It also discusses the positive and negative effects of early and prolonged exposure to such media, emphasizing the need for parental and institutional guidance to ensure balanced cultural transmission. The paper underscores the importance of developing child-specific content rooted in local cultural contexts and integrating interactive technologies to enhance children's understanding and behavior. It concludes that, when used properly, technology serves as an effective means to enrich children's cultural awareness and understanding of the world. | ||||
