| Abstract | ||||
| يستعرض هذا البحث تجربة مصر في إدارة أزمة جائحة كوفيد-19 من منظور تربوي، مسلطًا الضوء على قدرة الدولة على تحويل التحديات إلى فرص في قطاع التعليم. يبرز البحث الإجراءات التي اتخذتها وزارتي التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي، مثل تعليق الدراسة، استبدال الامتحانات بالمشروعات البحثية، واعتماد التعليم عن بُعد، مما مكَّن من استكمال العام الدراسي بنجاح رغم الجائحة. كما يناقش التحول نحو نموذج التعليم الهجين الذي يجمع بين الحضور الجزئي والتعلم الإلكتروني، ويشيد بالدور الذي لعبته المؤسسات والوزارات المختلفة في ضمان استمرار العملية التعليمية. ويطرح البحث رؤية مستقبلية تؤكد أن التعليم الرقمي مرشح للازدهار، بشرط دعم البنية التحتية، وتفعيل التعاون مع شركات الاتصالات لتسهيل الوصول. كما يبرز أهمية تهيئة المدارس صحيًا ونفسيًا، وتفعيل دور الأسرة في دعم الإجراءات الاحترازية والتعليم عن بُعد. ويخلص إلى أن الأزمة مثّلت فرصة لإعادة هيكلة التعليم نحو نظام أكثر مرونة واستدامة. This paper examines Egypt’s successful management of the COVID-19 crisis from an educational perspective, highlighting how the country turned challenges into opportunities in the education sector. It outlines key measures taken by the Ministries of Education and Higher Education, including school closures, replacement of exams with research projects, and the adoption of distance learning strategies that allowed for the academic year to conclude successfully. The paper discusses the transition toward a hybrid education model, combining partial physical attendance with online learning, and applauds the multi-institutional cooperation that supported educational continuity. A forward-looking vision suggests that digital education is poised to thrive, provided infrastructure is enhanced and partnerships with telecom companies are leveraged for accessibility. The study emphasizes the need to prepare schools in terms of health and psychological readiness, while families play a vital role in supporting precautionary measures and remote learning. It concludes that the pandemic provided a valuable opportunity to restructure education into a more flexible and sustainable system. | ||||
