| Abstract | ||||
| يعرض هذا البحث تجربة جمعية "نداء" كمبادرة رائدة في تأمين جودة التأهيل والتعليم للأطفال من ذوي الإعاقات المتعددة، خاصة في ظل تداعيات جائحة كورونا. تسلط الدراسة الضوء على الدور الريادي للجمعية منذ تأسيسها، وتعاونها مع مؤسسات دولية كجامعة أوسلو وأكاديمية بيركنز، لتقديم برامج تدريبية وتأهيلية متخصصة للفئات ذات الإعاقات السمعية والبصرية والمتعددة. استعرض البحث الخدمات المتنوعة التي تقدمها الجمعية، مثل حضانة "Happier Future"، ومركز الإعاقات المتعددة، ومركز التدريب والتنمية المهنية، إلى جانب الشراكات مع وزارتي التربية والتعليم والتضامن الاجتماعي. تطرقت المبادرة إلى إعداد كوادر مؤهلة، تصميم أدوات تقييم، وإعداد أدلة استرشادية تعليمية وتدريبية، وتأسيس فصول مجهزة لفئة متعددي الإعاقة. كما ركزت على بناء منظومة شاملة تبدأ من الطفولة المبكرة وتستهدف الدمج المجتمعي والتعليمي، مع رفع الوعي المجتمعي بحقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات. توضح الدراسة كيف تحوّلت هذه المبادرة إلى نموذج عملي فاعل لمجابهة التحديات المتزايدة، خاصة في أوقات الأزمات، وضمان جودة حياة الأطفال وحقهم في التعليم والتأهيل. This paper presents the pioneering experience of the "Nidaa" Association in ensuring the quality of education and rehabilitation for children with multiple disabilities, particularly in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The study highlights the association’s leading role since its establishment and its collaborations with international institutions such as the University of Oslo and Perkins Academy to develop specialized training and rehabilitation programs for children with auditory, visual, and multiple disabilities. The paper reviews the diverse services offered, including the "Happier Future" nursery, the Multi-Disabilities Center, and the Professional Development and Training Center, along with strategic partnerships with Egypt’s Ministries of Education and Social Solidarity. Key accomplishments include the preparation of qualified personnel, development of assessment tools, creation of instructional and training guides, and establishment of equipped classrooms for children with multiple disabilities. The initiative aims to build an integrated system from early childhood that fosters educational and social inclusion, while raising public awareness of the rights of children with disabilities. This initiative has emerged as a practical and effective model for addressing increasing challenges, especially during crises, and ensuring children's right to quality education and rehabilitation. | ||||
