| Abstract | ||||
| تتناول هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي والكفاءة المهنية لدى معلمي الطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في محافظة جدة. تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية تأثير التوافق النفسي على الكفاءة المهنية للمعلمين، حيث تعد هذه العلاقة ذات أهمية كبيرة في تحسين جودة التعليم للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. تم استخدام استبيان التوافق النفسي من اعداد (سرى،1986) لجمع البيانات من عينة من معلمي الطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم بمحافظة جدة شملت (66) معلم ومعلمة، وتحليل النتائج باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة بين التوافق النفسي والكفاءة المهنية، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تطوير برامج تدريبية تهدف إلى تحسين التوافق النفسي للمعلمين لضمان تقديم تعليم فعال وملائم للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم. This study addresses the relationship between psychological compatibility and professional competence among teachers of students with learning disabilities in Jeddah province. The study aims to explore how psychological compatibility affects the professional competence of teachers, as this relationship is crucial for improving the quality of education for students with special needs. The Psychological Compatibility Questionnaire developed by Sera (1986) was used to collect data from a sample of 66 teachers of students with learning disabilities in Jeddah. The results were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. The findings revealed no significant relationship between psychological compatibility and professional competence. The study recommends the development of training programs aimed at improving teachers' psychological compatibility to ensure effective and suitable education for students with learning disabilities. | ||||
