Abstract | ||||
Background: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) one of the most common diseases around the world ,and the most complicated becaus its painful effects and its different causes. A was one of the auto immunological diseases that was causes by evidence of antibodies against autonomous antibodies and autopeptidic. There were causes and factors ,including genetics, environmental and microbial that affecting RA disease. Human parvovirus B19(HPV19) one of the causes that virus associated with RA in stimulating the immune response that performs arthritis. In current study showed that RA diagnosis through ACCP test that specific diagnosis for RA disease. Methods: Estimation immune response through study evolution TLR-9 by ELISA and MicRNA 155by RT-pcr. In this research were collection 60 blood samples from RA patients who attended to AL-Furat al ausat hospital ,The general AL-Najaf Hospital and AL-Sader Medicine City in AL-Najaf government through a period from October 2023 to M arch 2024, 60 patients are detected with RF test from these patients,54 were confirmed infected with RA by ACCP test. The RA patients in this study divided into five age groups between(41-53)year, the most infected with RA disease, and the RA patients divided in two groups according to sex, male a little more (33) than female (27). Results: Diagnosis of HPVB19 by RT-PCR technique to presence the virus DNA, 42 were positive from 60 RA patients. The patients according to RA disease and HPVB19 infection were divided into four groups (RA + HPVB19 +, RA – HPVB19+, RA + HPVB19 -, RA – HPVB19-. In addition to control group, the result of TLR-9 level showed Significant differences between these groups during estimation of TLR-9 (0.67±0.19, 0.47±0.07,0.5± 0.05,0.26±0.05)ng/ml respectively in p value of 0.01. While the results of MicRNA 155 in patients with RA disease they were infected with HPVB19 ,and comparing the results of different patients groups and control group the result was (7.6±2.46, 6.94±2.3, 7.73±1.85, 3.95±1.09 ng/ml) respectively and p value of 0.03. Conclusion: For important role of miRNA 155 in regulation of gene expression for immune response and biological functions of T-cell and B-cell in RA disease, these reasons made it important to study correlation between MiRNA155 and, ACCP and TLR-9 it were (r=0.31 ,0.16 ,0.47) respectively the correlation was mostly expulsion positive weak and moderate. | ||||
