| Abstract | ||||
| تسعى هذه الورقة العلمية إلى التعريف بالأمن اللغوي، وبيان أهميته ودوره في الحفاظ على ثقافتنا وهويتنا في ظل التطور الهائل الذي تشهده الوسائل الإلكترونية للتواصل الاجتماعي في عصرنا الحاضر، و تعدد أساليبه و أشكاله وتطبيقاته، و اتساع شريحة المستخدمين له، حتى أصبح من أهم وسائل التواصل و التفاعل بين مختلف فئات المجتمع، إن لم يكن أهمها على الإطلاق، و بما أن اللغة سواء أكانت منطوقة أم مكتوبة هي أداة هذا التواصل و التفاعل و التفاهم الذي يتم بين الأفراد في هذه المجتمعات الافتراضية، فإنها تواجه تحديات كبيرة توجب علينا أن نكون على وعي كبير بالمخاطر المحدقة بأمننا اللغوي جراء تزايد الإقبال على هذا النوع من وسائل التواصل، نظرا لما تتسم به من سرعة و سهولة التواصل، بالإضافة إلى قدرتها على تخطي الحواجز و الحدود الجغرافية و السياسية و الثقافية؛ و لذلك فإن هذه الورقة العلمية تسعى لبيان أثر مواقع التواصل على الأمن اللغوي للغتنا العربية، و الكشف عن الإيجابيات التي يمكن استثمارها في مجال التواصل اللغوي بهدف خدمة اللغة العربية، و المحافظة عليها من خطر التراجع أو الاندثار، وتعزيز حضورها بشكل فاعل في ظل الانفجار المعرفي و التقني الذي يعيشه العالم اليوم، و التطور الهائل الذي تشهده وسائل التواصل والاتصال، كما أنها تركز على الأثر السلبي لهذه الوسائل على لغتنا العربية، ومدى تهديدها لأمننا اللغوي، و لمستقبل لغتنا، وبالتالي لفكرنا وثقافتنا و ديننا و تراثنا وهويتنا المرتبطة بشكل أساسي بحفاظنا على لغتنا، وإيماننا بأهمية صونها وحمايتها من كل ما يكتنفها من أخطار وتهديدات، و كل ما يواجهها من تحديات يمكن في حال تجاهلها أو عدم وضعها محل العناية و الاهتمام أن تكون مهددا حقيقا للأمن اللغوي. This scientific paper seeks to introduce linguistic security, and to show its importance and role in preserving our culture and identity in light of the tremendous development witnessed by the electronic means of social communication in our time, and the multiplicity of its methods, forms and applications, and the expansion of its user segment, until it has become one of the most important means of communication and interaction between various groups of society, if not the most important at all, and since language, whether spoken or written, is the tool for this communication And the interaction and understanding that takes place between individuals in these virtual communities, they face great challenges that require us to be very aware of the risks to our linguistic security due to the increasing demand for this type of communication, due to its speed and ease of communication, in addition to its ability to overcome geographical, political and cultural barriers and borders; Revealing the positives that can be invested in the field of linguistic communication in order to serve the Arabic language, preserve it from the risk of decline or extinction, and enhance its presence effectively in light of the knowledge and technical explosion that the world is experiencing today, and the tremendous development witnessed by the means of communication and communication, as it focuses on the negative impact of these means on our Arabic language, and the extent of its threat to our linguistic security, and to the future of our language, and therefore to our thought, culture, religion, heritage and identity, which is mainly related to preserving our preservation Our language, and our belief in the importance of preserving and protecting it from all the dangers and threats it faces, and all the challenges it faces, if ignored or not taken care of, can be a real threat to linguistic security. | ||||
