| الملخـص يتعرض هذا البحث لمناقشة بحث: " تفسير المؤسسة ومأسسة التفسير. دراسة في التفسير الوسيط للأزهر في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة" المنشور في مجلة الجمعية الفلسفية المصرية العدد (36) ويعرض أهم أفكار البحث ويناقشها مناقشة هادئة، مبينا ما في البحث المذكور من اختلال في الرؤية والمنهج، ويعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأدواته المختلفة، وينقسم البحث إلى تمهيدٍ وصفيٍّ ومبحثين؛ في المبحث الأول: مناقشةُ المؤلفِ في بعض الخلل العلمي والمنهجي في بحثه، وفي المبحث الثاني: مناقشةُ موقفه من التفسير الوسيط. وقد ظهر من خلال نتائج البحث أن الكاتب متجنٍ على كتاب التفسير الوسيط وأنه متسوّر على علم التفسير الموضوعي، انتقائي في طرحه، يفتقد للأمانة العلمية في نقله، ويقفز على نتائج لا يدلُّ عليها ما ذكرَهُ من مقدمات. Abstract: This paper undertakes a critique of the research paper titled "The Tafsir of the Institution and the Institutionalization of Tafsir: A Study on Al-Azhar's Wasīṭ Tafsīr in Light of the Purposes of Shari'ah," published in The Journal of the Egyptian Philosophical Society (Issue 36). The research presents and critically discusses the main ideas of the paper, highlighting the methodological and conceptual flaws in the study. The research is based on the descriptive-analytical methodology with its various tools. It is divided into a descriptive introduction and two main sections: Section 1: A discussion of the author's presentation of the purposes of Shari'ah. Section 2: A discussion of his stance on the Al-Tafsir Al-Wasit. The findings reveal that the author of the original paper has unfairly maligned the book Al-Tafsir Al-Wasit, with an approach that appears to be selective and speculative, bypassing logical conclusions that do not follow from the premises he presented. | ||||
