Abstract | ||||
This research explores the role of graphic design in mental health awareness campaigns, focusing on depression as a case study. Graphic design is considered an effective tool in attracting attention and conveying complex messages in a simple and visual manner, which enhances the public’s understanding of psychological issues and reduces the stigma surrounding them. The research discusses how visual elements such as colors, images, and symbols are used to effectively communicate awareness messages about depression, and reviews some examples of successful awareness campaigns in this field. Additionally, the research highlights the psychological impact of graphic design in motivating individuals to engage with the awareness content and how these tools can be used to create a supportive environment for discussing mental health issues and seeking treatment. Through analysis, the research concludes that graphic design can play a significant role in changing social perceptions of depression, contributing to greater public awareness and encouraging support and assistance for those affected. | ||||
