| Abstract | ||||
| We investigate the variation of the physical properties of ultra/luminous infrared galaxies (U/LIRGs) versus the redshift. The physical properties of these galaxies were estimated using the spectral energy distribution model by reproducing their spectral energy distribution spectra using the X-CIGALE code. These properties include the attenuation, star formation rates, stellar, gas and dust masses in addition to their luminosity components for a sample of 63 galaxies spanning redshifts z less than 2.3. Our analysis reveals distinct redshift-dependent of these properties of U/ LIRGs. With increasing stellar and gas masses, dust content decreases at higher redshifts. The study highlights the dominance of active galactic nuclei (AGN) contributions to the luminosity components, showing their strong correlations with redshift. Correlation analysis demonstrates strong links between AGN-related luminosities and intrinsic luminosities, underscoring the pivotal role of AGN activity in shaping the observed properties of U/LIRGs. These findings provide a comprehensive view of the mechanisms driving the evolution of these systems, emphasizing their role as laboratories for understanding galaxy evolution, AGN feedback, and the lifecycle of dust and gas. | ||||
