Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger, as a mercy to the worlds, Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and after... The Tatars left Central Asia after the death of the first founder, Genghis Khan, who, before he died, had divided his vast empire among his children. His eldest son, Jogi, or Doshi Khan, received the western part of his empire, which included Russia and Blonda, and he gave his second son, Chagatai, or Chagatai, Central Asia, and China was The share of his son was Ogtay or Akdai, and Persia was given to his son Tolui or Tolui, and each of them founded a family that ruled the region that was his share. There was an important event that changed the course of history during that period, which was the conversion of the Mongol prince Baraka Khan, the leader of the Golden Horde, to Islam because of what he saw as this true religion. Then the Ilkhanids, after their contact with the Muslims and their knowledge of the causes of their civilization, began to pay attention to all aspects of Islamic civilization, and contribute to building that wonderful civilization and culture. They also took it upon themselves to rebuild Islamic civilization to its former state, perhaps as an atonement for their sins, so they tried to repair what their hands had corrupted. The aim of this research is for these papers to be the best evidence and the most eloquent response to those who claim that Islam spread by the sword. Here the sword was without the slightest doubt hanging over the necks of the Muslims, and no one can deny that the Mongols entered Islam voluntarily, as the first among them to convert to Islam was Prince Baraka Khan. He converted to Islam voluntarily and with complete conviction, as did the rest of the Mongols. How could it not? When Islam touches the wall of the heart, its adherent has no choice but to enter into the religion of God, support the truth, reject disbelief, and declare monotheism. Whoever had the strength to repel the Mongols from his country or to stand up to them, even for a short time, their strength was overwhelming and their force was severe, and everyone believed that this was a universal affliction that no one could stand up to or confront, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, and volcanoes. These people converted to Islam and entered the religion of God in droves, and their Islam was corrected. They were a shield for Islam and Muslims, a dear link in the chain of Islamic civilization, and realistic evidence against haters of Islam and Muslims. | ||||
