Abstract | ||||
The present study offers a rhetorical-contrastive study that aims to study the metaphor in the diplomatic discourse between Italian and Arabic. The present work is divided into three parts. The first part is an introduction that provides a definition of diplomatic discourse. The second part offers a definition of the metaphor and also proposes a detailed analysis of the metaphors used in Italian and Arabic diplomatic discourse. Finally, the conclusions illustrate the results achieved in the research. | ||||
