| A human being is a social creature, communicative in nature, living in societies that are compatible or socially, culturally and linguistically diverse, so he needs others to deal with him in order to understand, coexist and benefit from each other scientifically, culturally and professionally. To serve these ends, man has created for himself various and varied means, and "language" is the best, highest and most effective means of communication. Language is a means of communication, communication, understanding and coexistence to serve the communicative process, which is unique to man without other creatures, being one of the most important means used by man to express his experiences, feelings, opinions, knowledge and sciences. This basic function of language is manifested in communication, Using this function. Communication was therefore a very important element in human, scientific, cultural and civilizational life. Life itself continues. Communication is a necessary cultural act of peoples and societies. It means sharing, cooperation and consultation with one another for coexistence, exchange of science and knowledge with others, and understanding among themselves through a number of linguistic and non-linguistic means of communication. In this age, communication is becoming increasingly important due to the great shift in communication attitudes. It has been the technology of modernity, especially the space media, the global network, and the various means of social communication. The most important modern means of communication are: the book, newspaper, posters, mail, photographs, radio, television, web, e-mail, social media (Facebook, Astragam, Snab Chat.
