| Abstract | ||||
| Scientists have played a major role in the life of societies since an early age, due to their knowledge associated with work. History attests to this role and their impact is not absent in the various aspects of public life, especially the religious and scientific life, where they had a central role in guidance and guidance, and coinciding with their scientific and religious role, they had a political role. Their opinions and advice played a role in guiding state policy, .This status that scholars gained from society was not limited to them, as it extended to the ruling and local authorities, so they raised their status, honored them, and treated them kindly, which resulted in a bond of friendship and respect with the ruling class, so they took their opinion and involved them in their political affairs. The jobs of scholars and their economic activity entitle them to struggle to reach power, but rather it was their job and their economic position to carry politics according to the requirements of the Sharia, .In spite of that, the relationship between the scholars and the two authorities was not at the same pace, as it went through several turns between disagreement and cooperation, and this is like any relationship, but it is believed that the scholars in that period maintained their religious and scientific independence through the effective role they played in public life. However, the circle of scholars was expanded to include politics, economics and society. | ||||
