| Abstract | ||||
| The study aimed to identify the social problems and pressures that limit raising the level of social adaptation among individuals recovering from addiction from the point of view of social workers, and to identify effective strategies and mechanisms that contribute to overcoming social problems and pressures among individuals recovering from addiction from the viewpoint of specialists. social workers, and to come up with a proposed perception from the perspective of social service for the social rehabilitation of individuals recovering from addiction, thus reducing relapse by facing these problems and social pressures, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as the study tool, which consisted of 18 phrases, and the study community consisted of all social workers working with patients recovering from addiction in Al-Amal Hospital and Irada Complex in Jeddah during the period of conducting the study, and the number of the sample was (50) patients. The study reached a number of results, most notably: the study sample strongly agreed on the social problems that limit the social adaptation of individuals recovering from addiction from the point of view of social workers, with an arithmetic average of (4.5). | ||||
