Abstract | ||||
Abstract: Attar is one of the great poets of Persian literature with a great position in the field of asceticism and mysticism poetry. As for the poet Qasid, who was fluent in the Persian language, He was influenced by the ideas of the great poet and Sufi,Attar al-Nisaburi.He employed the experiences of asceticism and mysticism of the poet Attar in his poetry in an attractive way.Consequently, asceticism and mysticism became the general attribute in his poetry so that everyone was affected when reading his poetry. Based on the descriptive analytical method,this studyaims at answering the original research question which is related to revealing the similarities and differences in the contents of asceticism and mysticism between the two poets and their view of these two contents.Particularly, the studyaims at showing the extent of the convergence between the ideas of Persian poets and Iraqi poets speaking in Persian as well as the common contents of asceticism and mysticism between these poets. | ||||
