| One of the most important bases of the progress and development of nations and communities is to set up theirestblishments on fixed legal principles according to the judgements of the contitution and this achieves by putting clear and accurate laws, the lawmaker considers in them justice and man's right.The researcher knows that the choice of the topic of study in most Arab literature needs a lot of study to excavate the creative qulities .The research ims at reading our ncient verse heritge well according to recent and critical approaches . through the study of Ali Ibn Aby Talab "to " Malak Al Ashtar " by using recent and critical approaches to show the primacy of " Ali……" in putting and forming consititutions somilar to the ones which organises the public authorities the country .I'll depend in my reearch on the analysis and comparative approaches . The analysis approach cares about the literal effect and analyses it to show the elements of beauty and its effect on **** . whereas the comparative approach is a kind of critical approaches which concentrates on the comparisons of the **** related to the scientific research to show the similarities and differences between them . | ||||
