| Abstract | ||||
| الملخـص: يحاول هذا البحث دراسة الرُّواة الذين ذكرهم الإمام ابْنُ حِبَّانٍ بلا تردد في الصّحابة بكتابه الثّقات من رواة الكتب السّتة، وخالفه فيه نقاد الحديث؛ وذلك بحثًا عن المرتكزات والمعايير التي حكم بها نقاد الحديث بصُحْبةِ الرَّاوي بالبراهين والأدلة الحديثية من المصَادرِ التَّاريخية الفاصلة لدخول الرَّاوي في زمرة الصَّحابة ﮒ، أو دخوله في التَّابعين وما يترتب على ذلك من الحكم على الرَّاوي جرحًا أو تعديلاً، وأثره في معرفة علم مراسيل الحديث والأحكام الشرعية المترتبة على ذلك، وبعد التَّحقيق والسَّبر لتلك المعايير والقرائن ناقشت الدّراسَةُ ثَلاثةَ محاور أساسية: الأول: تأصيل قرائن إثبات الصُّحبة عند المحدثين، فبينت حقيقتها وخصائصها وضوابط استقامتها، والثاني: أهم أسباب اختلاف العلماء في تعيين الصَّحابة، والثالث: أهمية الترجيح بين أقوال النقاد في ثبوت الصُّحبة، وهذه مؤشرات قوية لدقة المعايير التي بنى عليها النقاد أحكامهم. ثم قامت الدراسة بمناقشة الجانب التطبيقي من البحث، وتوصّلت الدّراسة لمجموعة من النتائج والإحصائيات والتّوصيات الجديرة بالذكر تضمنتها خاتمته، ممّا أرجو أن يَفْتَحَ اللهُ به الْمُسَتغلق، ويَجْمَعَ به المتفرق البعيد. Abstract This research tries to study the narrators mentioned by Imam Ibn Hibban without hesitation in the Companions in his book Al-Thiqat among the narrators of the six books, and the critics of hadith disagreed with him. In search of the foundations and standards by which the critics of hadith accompanied by the narrator ruled with hadith proofs and evidence from the historical sources separating the narrator's entry into the group of companions, may Allah be pleased with them, or his entry into the followers. The consequent judgment on the narrator as an invalid or valid, and its impact on knowing the science of "Hadith Marasil" and the legal rulings resulting from that. After investigating and probing these standards and evidence, the study discussed three main axes. First: Rooting the evidence to prove companionship among the Hadith Scholars, so it showed its truth, characteristics and controls of integrity, The second: the most important reasons for the difference of scholars in the appointment of companions, and the third: the importance of weighting between the statements of critics in proving companionship. These are strong indicators of the accuracy of the criteria on which critics have based their judgments. Then the study discussed the applied side of the research, and the study reached a set of results, statistics and recommendations worth mentioning included in its conclusion, which I hope that Allah will open the closed and gather the far scattered. key words: narrators, trustworthy, companions, criticism, Ibn Hibban | ||||
