| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث العلاقة بين تحرير سعر الصرف وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، بالتركيز على الحالة المصرية. حيث أقدمت مصر منذ 2016 على تحرير سعر الصرف كإجراء اقتصادي ضمن حزمة إصلاحات شاملة. يناقش البحث تأثير هذا التحرير على مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة، مثل تقليل الفقر، وتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي، والحفاظ على البيئة. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مدعومًا بدراسات حالة وبيانات إحصائية. خلص البحث إلى أن نجاح تحرير سعر الصرف في دعم التنمية المستدامة يتوقف على وجود سياسات اجتماعية مصاحبة، وحوكمة اقتصادية، واستثمار في رأس المال البشري. ويوصي بوضع معايير تضمن التوازن بين تحرير السوق وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية. Abstract: This study explores the relationship between exchange rate liberalization and the achievement of sustainable development in developing economies, with a particular focus on the Egyptian case. Since2016, Egypt has adopted a floating exchange rate as part of a broader package of economic reforms. The research examines the impact of this policy on key sustainable development indicators such as poverty reduction, economic growth, and environmental preservation. The study employs a descriptive-analytical methodology supported by case studies and statistical data. It concludes that the success of exchange rate liberalization in promoting sustainable development depends on the presence of accompanying social policies, effective economic governance, and investment in human capital. The study recommends establishing frameworks that ensure a balance between market liberalization and social justice. | ||||
