Abstract | ||||
This study aims to examine the relationships between Digital Transformation, Knowledge Management, and Digital Literacy within the context of public administration, exploring how these factors influence effective technology integration. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing primary data collected from 455 respondents in public administration roles. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to analyze the data and test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicate that Digital Transformation significantly improves both Digital Literacy and Knowledge Management in Egypt’s public administration. Additionally, Knowledge Management positively impacts Digital Literacy and serves as a mediator, facilitating the effect of Digital Transformation on Digital Literacy. These results measure the extent to which Digital Transformation, Knowledge Management, and Digital Literacy interact to enhance the effectiveness of technology integration in public administration, focusing on improved operational efficiency, service delivery, and governance outcomes. The model demonstrates moderate predictive power and explains a substantial portion of variance in the constructs, indicating a good fit for the data. This research contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive framework for understanding the interplay of Digital Transformation, Knowledge Management, and Digital Literacy in the context of public administration, an area that has received limited attention. | ||||
