| Abstract | ||||
| الملخـص: لقد كتب المستشرقون عن غزوات النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم -، فمنهم من كان منصفًا في دراسته لتلك الغزوات، غير أن الغالب منهم كانوا غير منصفين، فوصفوا حروب النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم -بأنها نوعاً من الإغارة هدفها السلب والنهب وغايتها السيطرة وبسط النفوذ وإقامة الدولة السياسية، ومن هؤلاء المستشرق مونتجومري وات الذي طعن في أغلب الغزوات النبوية، وأثار شبهات عديدة حول صلح الحديبية وفتح مكة، ومن أسباب اختيار الموضوع أنه يتتبع شبهات المستشرق وات ويحدد الردودً العلمية عليها، وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في التعرف على تلك الشبهات ودراستها وإيجاد الوسائل الملائمة للرد عليها، وجاء البحث ليطرح سؤالين مهمين. ما الشبهات التي أثارها وات حول صلح الحديبية وفتح مكة؟ وكيف يمكن الرد عليها من خلال السيرة النبوية ونظرة وآراء علماء الأمة؟ وسلك الباحث المنهج التاريخي في ذكر ترجمة عن وات وأهم الآراء التي جاء بها حول الغزوات النبوية، والمنهج الوصفي في تتبع النصوص الواردة في الشبهات التي أثارها ، والمنهج التحليلي لدراسة تلك النصوص و تفسيرها ، وجاء البحث مقسماً إلى ثلاثة مباحث، تناول المبحث الأول لمحة عن الاستشراق و المستشرقين وما أثارته من شبهات عن غزوات النبي -‘ ، والمبحث الثاني جاء عن التعريف بمونتجومري وات والشبهات التي أثارها عن صلح الحديبية و الرد عليه، أما المبحث الثالث فتعرض للشبهات التي أثارها وات عن فتح مكة، وختم البحث بخاتمة بينت اهم النتائج التي خلص إليها، ومنها أن وات كان من أشد المستشرقين الذين أثاروا الشبهات حول صلح الحديبية وفتح مكة، وأن الشبهات المثارة لا تستند الى أدلة تاريخية، وإنما تعبر عما يحمله المؤلف من نظرته الخاصة إلى السيرة النبوية. Abstract: Orientalists have extensively documented the Prophet's military campaigns (Ghazawat). While some approached these studies with fairness, the majority were biased, portraying the Prophet's wars as mere raids aimed at plunder, loot, domination, expanding influence, and establishing a political state. Among these orientalists is Montgomery Watt, who challenged the authenticity of most of the Prophet's expeditions and raised numerous misconceptions concerning the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah and the Conquest of Makkah. The primary motivation for this research is to trace Watt's misconceptions and provide robust academic refutations. The significance of this study lies in identifying and thoroughly examining these misconceptions, subsequently proposing effective methods for their rebuttal. This research addresses two critical questions: What specific misconceptions did Watt present regarding the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah and the Conquest of Makkah? And how can these be effectively countered using insights from the Prophet's biography (Seerah Nabawiyyah) and the perspectives of prominent Muslim scholars (Ulama)? The researcher employed a historical methodology to present a detailed biography of Watt and his principal views on the Prophet's military campaigns. A descriptive methodology was utilized to meticulously track the texts related to the misconceptions he raised, followed by an analytical methodology to critically study and interpret these texts. The research is structured into three main sections: The first section offers an overview of Orientalism and Orientalists, focusing on the misconceptions they propagated regarding the Prophet's military campaigns. The second section introduces Montgomery Watt, detailing the misconceptions he raised about the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah and providing comprehensive rebuttals. The third section examines the misconceptions Watt put forth concerning the Conquest of Makkah. The research concludes with a summary of its key findings. Notably, it highlights Watt as one of the most prominent orientalists to instigate doubts about the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah and the Conquest of Makkah. Furthermore, it concludes that the misconceptions he presented lack historical evidence and primarily reflect the author's personal interpretations of the Prophet's biography. | ||||
