| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان منهج علماء الشريعة في تلقي القراءات القرآنية، وبيان مكانتها العلمية لدى المفسرين والمحدثين والفقهاء، وقد توزعت مادة البحث على ثلاثة مباحث رئيسة: تناول المبحث الأول تلقي القرآن والقراءات عند السلف، مبرزًا منهج علماء الشريعة في ضرورة التلقي، والحرص على تلقيها بالطرق التي يرتضيها أهل الأداء بالمشافهة والإسناد المتصل، مما يدل على مركزية التلقي في حفظ النص القرآني وقراءاته المتواترة. أما المبحث الثاني، فركز على عناية علماء الشريعة بالقراءات، موضحًا حضورها في كتب التفسير والحديث والفقه، وحرص العلماء على تدوينها، واستثمارها في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية والدلالات التفسيرية. أما المبحث الثالث، فقد عرض نماذج تطبيقية من تلقي القراءات لدى عدد من المفسرين والمحدثين والفقهاء، مما يُبرز عمق تفاعلهم مع علم القراءات، واعتباره جزءًا أصيلاً في المنظومة العلمية الشرعية. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن علم القراءات لم يكن علما مستقلا فحسب، بل كان حاضرا بقوة في مناهج علماء الشريعة عبر مختلف التخصصات، مما يعكس تكاملا معرفيا أصيلا في التراث الإسلامي. This research aims to elucidate the methodology of Islamic scholars in receiving Qur’anic readings (qirāʾāt) and to highlight their scholarly status among exegetes, hadith scholars, and jurists. The study is structured around three main sections: The first section explores the transmission of the Qur’an and its readings among the early generations (al-salaf), emphasizing the scholars' insistence on direct oral transmission and unbroken chains of narration as the only valid means of receiving the readings. This underscores the central role of oral transmission in preserving the Qur’anic text and its widely accepted readings. The second section focuses on the attention Islamic scholars have given to qirāʾāt, demonstrating their presence across works of tafsir, hadith, and fiqh. It also highlights scholars’ dedication to documenting these readings and employing them in the derivation of legal rulings and interpretive meanings. The third section presents practical examples of how exegetes, hadith scholars, and jurists engaged with qirāʾāt, reflecting the depth of their interaction with this discipline and their recognition of it as an integral part of the broader Islamic scholarly tradition. The study concludes that the science of qirāʾāt was not merely an independent field, but a foundational element deeply embedded in the methodologies of Islamic scholars across various disciplines—demonstrating a profound knowledge integration in the Islamic intellectual heritage. | ||||
