| Abstract | ||
| تهدف الدراسة لإختبار العلاقة السببية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتنمية المستدامة في مصر حيث إعتمدت الدراسة علي فرضية مفادها أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات تسبب التنمية المستدامة مقاسا بالناتج المحلي الاجمالي الحقيقي، كما أن التنمية المستدامة تسبب تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وقد تم استخدام نموذج قياسي لإختبار هذه العلاقة السببية، بالإعتماد علي أسلوب التكامل المشترك وبإستخدام نموذج تصحيح الخطأ (VECM) وتوصلت نتائج نموذج الإختبار إلي وجود علاقة سببية ثنائية الإتجاه في الأجل القصير من تكنولوجيا المعلومات إلي التنمية المستدامة ومن التنمية المستدامة إلي تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ورغم أن علاقة السببية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتنمية الستدامة لم تتحقق في الأجل الطويل، إلا أنه يتعين على مصر الإستمرار في تطوير ودعم قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات حتى يؤتي ثماره على المدى الطويل. The study aims to test the causal relationship between information technology and sustainable development in Egypt. The study relied on the hypothesis that information technology causes sustainable development as measured by real GDP, and that sustainable development causes information technology, A standard model was used to test this causal relationship, relying on the Cointergration method and using the error correction model (VECM). The results of the test model revealed the existence of a bidirectional causal relationship in the short term from information technology to sustainable development and from sustainable development to information technology, Although the causal relationship between information technology and sustainable development has not been achieved in the long term, Egypt must continue to develop and support the information technology sector in order for it to bear fruit in the long term | ||
