Abstract | ||||
Abstract Background: Dorsal augmentation in rhinoplasty often requires large cartilage grafts, especially in ethnic and secondary rhinoplasty cases. While autologous costal cartilage offers volume and support, solid grafts are associated with warping, visibility, and resorption. This study introduces a novel technique using diced cartilage wrapped in perichondrium (DCP) harvested from the same rib. Methods: Ten patients (7 females, 3 males; mean age: 31 years, range: 21–58) underwent dorsal augmentation rhinoplasty at a single institution between January 2023 and January 2025. Grafts were prepared by dicing costal cartilage into | ||||
