| استهدف البحث وضع تصور مقترح للجدارات المهنية لعضو هيئة التدريس ودرجة توافرها في ضوء معايير الاعتماد البرامجي – كلية التربية الرياضية جامعة المنيا من خلال تحديد الجدارات المهنية (الشخصية – التدريسية – الجودة الأكاديمية – الرقمية – الإدارية) الخاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة المنيا، والتعرف على مدى توافرها لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة المنيا، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي باتباع الأسلوب المسحي نظراً لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة المنيا، والبالغ عددهم (201) للعام الدراسي 2024/2025م، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغ قوامها (42) عضو هيئة تدريس من درجة مدرس حتى أستاذ من مختلف الأقسام العلمية بالكلية والبالغ عددهم (12) قسم علمي وهم ممن أجابوا على استبانة الجدارات المهنية، ومن أدوات جمع البيانات استبانة لاستطلاع رأي العينة عن الجدارات المهنية اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة المنيا، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات امتلاك عضو هيئة التدريس للجدارات الشخصية والجدارات التدريسية والجدارات الرقمية والجدارات الإدارية بدرجة متوسطة، وجدارات الجودة الاكاديمية بدرجة ضعيفة، ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتنمية الجدارات المهنية لديهم. The research aimed to propose a suggested model for the professional competencies of faculty members and the extent of their availability in light of the program accreditation standards at the Faculty of Physical Education, Minia University. This was done by identifying the professional competencies (personal, teaching, academic quality, digital, and administrative) of faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education, Minia University, and assessing the extent to which these competencies are present among the faculty members. The researchers used the descriptive approach, following the survey method, as it was appropriate for the nature of the study. The research population included all faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education, Minia University, totaling 201 for the academic year 2024/2025. A random sample of 42 faculty members, from the rank of Assistant Lecturer to Professor, from different academic departments (12 departments) of the faculty, responded to a questionnaire on professional competencies. The data collection tool was a questionnaire to survey the sample's opinions on the professional competencies required for faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education, Minia University. One of the main findings was that faculty members possessed personal competencies, teaching competencies, digital competencies, and administrative competencies at a medium level. However, academic quality competencies were found to be at a weak level. The study's key recommendation was the necessity of organizing training courses and workshops for faculty members to enhance their professional competencies. | ||||
