| Abstract | ||||
| إِنّ نعم الله على عباده كثيرة ومتنوعة لا يحصيها العد، ومن تلك النعم نعمتا الأمن والأمان فهما نعمتان كبيرتان لا يتحقق تقدم أي مجتمع إلا بهما، وتعاني كثير من المجتمعات المعاصرة من حروب أهلية، وعنف مجتمعي، وشقاق وخلاف على مستوى الأفراد, وتبحث المجتمعات عن حلول للقضاء على العنف المجتمعي, وتقام المؤتمرات وتعقد الندوات من أجل إيجاد حلول تنشر السلم في المجتمع وفق أليات مختلفة قانونية واقتصادية، وغير ذلك، والناظر في شريعتنا الغراء يجد أنها قد اهتمت بنشر الأمن والسلم داخل المجتمع من خلال منظومة من القيم والآداب، وتأتي قيمة الحب في مقدمتها؛ ولذا أثرت أن أقدم هذا البحث الذي يهدف إلى إبراز قيمة الحب وأثرها في تحقيق السلم الاجتماعي، فالمجتمع بحاجة إلى ما يُزكي المشاعر، ويزيد الأخوة ويحقق الاستقرار، وهذا ما يتوافر -وبقوة- في رحاب الحب وتطبيقاته بين الناس، وكذلك كون البحث في قضية الحب وأثره في المجتمع فريضة إلهية، وواجبٌ شرعيٌّ، وضرورةٌ من ضرورات استقامة العمران الإنساني، فيتحقق صلاح الدنيا بالدين ثم بالحبّ بين الناس، كما يهدف إلى بيان عِظم فوائد وثمار السّلْم الاجتماعي في تحقق الاستقرار والرّخاء المنشود للأُمّة، فضلاً عن وجود المشترك الإنساني في قيمة الحب بين البشر؛ وذلك أدْعَى في وحدة الصفّ وأُلْفة القلوب، واستخدمت في هذا البحث المنهج التكاملي الذي يحتوي على مناهج منها: المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج الوصفي، وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج منها: أن نعمة الأمن هي أجل نعم الله على عبادة وهي مقدمة على غيرها، وكذلك أنه لا يتحقق الأمن والسلم المجتمعي بتشريع القوانين وتطبيقاتها، بقدر ما يحققه الحب إذا انتشر بين الناس، ومن النتائج-أيضا-أنه بالحب يصير المجتمع مترابطا متعاونا، ويوصي البحث بضرورة العمل على تعزيز قيمة الحب في المجتمع من الهيئات التوعوية، والتعليمية، كما يوصي بتدريس قيمة الحب كمقرر قيمي يعزز ثقافة التعايش بين الناس على مختلف أجناسهم، وألوانهم، وعقائدهم، ويوصي البحث أيضا بضرورة تكثيف الدراسات العيمة التي تعالج العنف المجتمعي، وأسباب التحارب والشقاق، وتقديم الحلول الناجعة، والقابلة للتطبيق. God’s blessings upon His servants are so many and varied that they cannot be counted. Among those blessings are the blessings of security and safety, for they are two great blessings without which no society can progress. Many contemporary societies suffer from civil wars, societal violence, and discord and disagreement at the individual level, and societies search for solutions to eliminate societal violence, Conferences are held and seminars are held to find solutions that spread peace in society according to various legal, economic, and other mechanisms. Anyone who looks at our noble Sharia will find that it has been concerned with spreading security and peace within society through a system of values and morals, with the value of love at the forefront of these. Therefore, I decided to present this research that aims to highlight the value of love and its impact in achieving social peace, Society needs something that purifies feelings, increases brotherhood, and achieves stability. This is what is available - and strongly - in the realm of love and its applications among people. Likewise, research into the issue of love and its impact on society is a divine duty, a legal obligation, and a necessity for the rectitude of human civilization. The improvement of the world is achieved through religion and then through love among people, It also aims to demonstrate the great benefits and fruits of social peace in achieving the desired stability and prosperity for the nation, in addition to the existence of human commonality in the value of love among people; this is more likely to lead to unity of ranks and harmony of hearts. In this research, I used the integrative approach, which contains approaches including: the inductive approach, the analytical approach, and the descriptive approach, The research reached the following results: The blessing of security is the greatest of God’s blessings upon His servants and it takes precedence over all others. It also states that security and societal peace are not achieved by enacting and applying laws, as much as they are achieved by love if it spreads among people. Among the results - also - is that with love, society becomes interconnected and cooperative. The research recommends the necessity of working to enhance the value of love in society by awareness-raising bodies, and education. It also recommends teaching the value of love as a value-based curriculum that promotes a culture of coexistence among people of all races, colors, and beliefs. The study also recommends intensifying comprehensive studies that address societal violence and the causes of conflict and discord, and providing effective, applicable solutions. | ||||
