| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين ممارسة طلاب مرحلة الثانوية العامة لنشاط الإذاعة المدرسية وتنمية مستوى الثقة بالنفس لديهم، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، وفى إطارها استخدمت الباحثة منهج المسح بالعينة، واستخدمت فى ذلك الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من طلاب مرحلة الثانوية العامة بأربعة إدارات تعليمية بمحافظة الغربية قوامها (400) مفردة موزعة بين 200 طالب وطالبة من الممارسين لنشاط الإذاعة المدرسية، و200 طالب وطالبة من غير الممارسين لنشاط الإذاعة المدرسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ممارسة نشاط الإذاعة المدرسية يزيد من مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى طلاب الثانوية العامة، ومن ثم يزيد من الرضا عن ا لذات والإحساس بالتفوق ويدعم لديهم الإرادة والإصرار، ويحفز القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف ويزيدهم مقدرة على مواجهة التحديات، ويدعم لديهم مهارة التفاعل مع الآخرين، ويحفز لديهم القدرة على التعاون وحب العمل فى فريق، حيث تبين وجود فروق بين الممارسين لنشاط الإذاعة المدرسية وغير الممارسين على مقياس الثقة بالنفس لصالح الممارسين لنشاط الإذاعة المدرسية، بينما أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المبحوثين الممارسين لنشاط الإذاعة المدرسية أبعاد مقياس الثقة بالنفس تعزى لمتغير النوع . The study aimed to identify the relationship between the practice of school radio activities by secondary school students and the development of their level of self-confidence. This study belongs to descriptive studies, and within its framework, the researcher used the sample survey method, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect the required data. The study was applied to a random sample of secondary school students in four educational administrations in Gharbia Governorate, consisting of (400) individuals, distributed between 200 male and female students who practice school radio activities, and 200 male and female students who do not practice school radio activities. The study concluded that practicing school radio activities increases the level of self-confidence among secondary school students, and thus increases self-satisfaction and the sense of superiority, supports their will and determination, stimulates the ability to achieve goals, increases their ability to face challenges, supports their skill of interacting with others, and stimulates their ability to cooperate and love working in a team. It was found that there were differences between those who practice school radio activities and those who do not practice on the self-confidence scale in favor of those who practice school radio activities, while The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the respondents practicing school radio activities on the dimensions of the self-confidence scale attributable to the gender variable. | ||||
