| Abstract | ||
| يعد الاصلاح السياسي بمثابة مشروعاً حضارياً ، لذا فمن البديهي أن نوضح في هذا البحث ثنايا هذا المفهوم ، وان تلقي الضوء عليه : كما أن الاصلاح السياسي في جوهره يمثل فكرة التقدم ، حيث ينطوي علي فكرة التغيير نحو الافضل وخاصة التغيير الاكثر ملائمة لتحقيق الاهداف الموضوعة من قبل اصحاب القرار ، والتي تلبي مطالب واحتياجات المواطنين، وهذا ما نتطرق اليه في دراستنا هذه . Abstract : Political reform is a civilizational project , so it is obvious to explain in this research the folds of this concept , and to shed light on it .. Political reform in essence represents the idea of progress, as it involves the idea of change for the better , especially the most appropriate change to achieve the goals set by the decision makers , which meets the demands and needs of citizen and this what we touch on in our study . | ||
