| Abstract | ||
| الملخص : ايماناً منا بأهمية دور القيادة السياسية في وضع اهداف للمجتمع الذي تقوده ، والعمل علي تحقيق تلك الأهداف ونظراً لأنها تمثل قمة أي نظام سياسي , فهي قادرة علي الارتقاء بشعوبها من خلال قيامها بالإصلاح السياسي والاقتصادي ، ولهذا كله يركز الباحث في هذه الدراسة علي ماهيه القيادة السياسية ؟ وما هو دورها . وماهي انماطها ؟ وذلك لكونها المنطو بها اتخاذ القرارات ، وتحقيق امال وطموحات شعوبها . Abstract : Believing in the importance of the role of the political leadership in sitting goals for the society it leads , and working to a chive those goals and given that , it represents the top of any political system , they are able to improve their peoples through political and economic reform , and for all this the Reacher in this study focuses on what is political leadership? And what is it’s role ? and what are its patterns ? This is because it is entrusted and achieving the hopes and aspirations of it’s people . | ||
