| Abstract | ||||
| إنَّ عُنْوَانَ الْبَحْثِ هُوَ: [التَّوْجِيهَاتُ النَّبَوِيَّةُ حَوْلَ خَفْضِ الصَّوْتِ فِي جَانِبَيْ الْعِبَادَاتِ وَالْآَدَابِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ "دِرَاسَةٌ مَوْضُوعِيَّةٌ"]، وَهَذَا الْمَوْضُوعُ لَهُ أَهَمِّيّةٌ كَبِيرَةٌ؛ حَيْثُ أَنَّهُ يَتَعَلَّقُ بِعُضْوٍ خَطَرُهُ عَظِيمٌ عَلَى الْإِنْسَانِ وَهُوَ اللِّسَانُ، كَمَا أَنَّهُ يَتَعَلَّقُ بِجَانِبَيْنِ مُهِمَّيْنِ فِي الشَّرْعِ وَهُمَا؛ الْعِبَادَات، وَالْآدَاب الشَّرْعِيَّة. وَتَنَاوَلَ الْبَاحِثُ فِيهِ بَعْضَ الْأُمُورِ الَّتِي يَنْبَغِي عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ أَنْ يَخْفَضَ صَوْتَهُ فِيهَا، فَفِي جَانِبِ الْعِبَادَاتِ: يَنْبَغِي خَفْضُ الصَّوْتِ فِي: الصَّلاَةِ، وَقِرَاءَةِ الْقُرْآن، وَعِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ r، وَعِنْدَ تَشْيِيعِ الْجَنَائِزِ، وَحَالَ الْقِتَالِ، وَعِنْدَ الدُّعَاءِ. وَفِي جَانِبِ الْآدَابِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ: يُسْتَحَبُّ خَفْضُ الصَّوْتِ عِنْدَ الْعُطَاسِ وَالتَّثَاؤُبِ، وَفِي الْمَسْجِدِ، وَفِي الْأَسْوَاقِ، وَعِنْدَ حُدُوثِ مُصِيبَةٍ، وَعِنْدَ إِلْقَاءِ السَّلَامِ عَلَى الْأَهْلِ لَيْلًا، وَمَعَ الْوَالِدَيْنِ. وَقَد اعْتَمَدَ الْبَاحِثُ فِي كِتَابَةِ هذَا الْبَحْثِ عَلَى الْـمَنْهَجِ الِاسْتِقْرَائِيّ؛ القَائِم عَلَى الِاسْتِقْرَاءِ وَالتَّتَبُّعِ لِكُلّ عَنَاصِرِ الـْمَوْضُوع، وكذَلِك الـْمَنْهَج التَّحْلِيلِيّ؛ وَذَلِكَ بِبَيَانِ مَا تَضَمَّنَتْهُ الْأَحَادِيثُ النَّبَوِيَّةُ الْوَارِدَةُ فِي الْبَحْثِ مِنْ أَحْكَامٍ، وَإرْشَادَاتٍ، وَفَوَائِدَ، وَتَعْلِيمَاتٍ تُفِيدُ الْبَحْثَ. وَذَلِكَ لِلْوُصُـولِ إلَى النَّتِيجَةِ المَـرْجُـوَّةِ مِن البَحْثِ وهيَ خَفْضُ الصَّوْتِ فِي بَعْضِ الْأُمُورِ الْمُتَعَلِّقَةِ بالْعِبَادَاتِ وَالْآَدَابِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ؛ اتِّبَاعًا لِسُنَّةِ الْحَبِيبِ مُحَمَّدٍ r. وَفِي النِّهَايَةِ أَوْصَى البَاحِثُ بِجَمْعِ الْأَحَادِيث النَّبَوِيَّة الّتِي تَحُثُّ عَلَى خَفْضِ الصَّوْتِ فِي جَوَانِبَ أُخْرَى غَيْرَ الْعِبَادَاتِ وَالْآدَابِ، أَوْ الَّتِي تَحُثُّ عَلَى رَفْعِ الصَّوْتِ سَوَاء فِي الْعِبَادَاتِ أَوْ فِي غَيْرِهَا، وَنَحْوَ ذَلِك، وَأَنْ تُعْطَى لِلبَاحِثِينَ عَلَى هَيْئَةِ رَسَائِل عِلْمِيَّة لِلاسْتِفَادَةِ مِنْهَا. The title of the research is: [Prophetic directives regarding lowering the voice in aspects of worship and Sharia etiquette “A Thematic Study”], This topic is of great importance As it relates to an organ that poses a great danger to humans, which is the tongue, it also relates to two important aspects of Sharia law, which are: worships, and the Sharia etiquette. The researcher discussed some of the matters on which a Muslim should lower his voice. In terms of acts of worship: The voice should be lowered during: prayer, reading the Qur’an, in the presence of the Messenger of God (PBUH), when funerals are being conducted, during fighting, and when supplicating. And In terms of acts of Sharia etiquette: It is recommended to lower the voice when sneezing and yawning, in the mosque, in the markets, when a disaster occurs, and when greeting one’s family at night. And with the parents. As far as this paper is concerned, the researcher adopted the inductive approach that is based on examining all the details of this topic. Besides, the researcher adopted the analytical approach to show the rulings and the lessons learnt from them, with the aim of arriving at the desired result, which is lowering the voice in some matters related to worship and Sharia etiquette; To following the Sunnah of the Beloved Muhammad (PBUH).In the end, the researcher recommended collecting the prophetic hadiths that encourage lowering the voice in aspects other than worship and etiquette, Or by that encourage raising the voice, whether in worship or in anything else, and the like, and to be given to researchers in the form of scientific researches to benefit from them. | ||||
