| Abstract | ||||
| يتناول البحث موقف عثمان بن عبد الله الكليسي العرياني (ت 1168هـ) من مسألة عصمة الأنبياء. يهدف البحث إلى توضيح فهمه لهذا المفهوم، والأدلة التي اعتمد عليها، وكيفية تفسيره لأحكام العصمة وفوائدها. جاء البحث في مقدمة وخمسة فصول وخاتمة، بجانب قائمة المصادر والفهرس العام. تناول في المقدمة أسباب اختيار الموضوع، والمنهج البحثي، بجانب مشكلات الدراسة، واشكالياتها ثم أهداف البحث، ومجمل مكونات الدراسة. في الفصل الأول: مفهوم العصمة وموضوعها، وفي الفصل الثاني: أدلة العصمة وأسبابها، وفي الفصل الثالث: حكم العصمة وأحكامها، وفي الفصل الرابع: وقت العصمة وكيفيتها، ثم جاء الفصل الخامس: حول فوائد العصمة، وذكر أنها ثلاثة الأول الفوائد الراجعة لأمر الله تعالى، الثاني الفوائد الراجعة لذات النبي، ثم الفوائد الراجعة إلى المكلفين. الخاتمة: وقد تضمنت جوانب ثلاثة: أحدها أهم النتائج، ثانيها أبرز التوصيات، ثالثها أهم المقترحات وأخيرا قائمة المصادر، والفهرس العام. This research examines the position of ʿUthmān ibn ʿAbdullah al-Kilīsī al-ʿAriyyānī(d. 1168 AH) on the question of the infallibility of the prophets. It aims to clarify his conception of this concept, the evidence he relied upon, and how he interpreted the rulings and benefits of infallibility. The research consists of an introduction, five chapters, a conclusion, a list of references, and a general index. The introduction discusses the reasons for choosing the topic, the research methodology, as well as the challenges and problems faced in the study. It also outlines the research objectives and provides a summary of its components. Chapter One covers the concept of infallibility and its subject. Chapter Two focuses on the evidence supporting infallibility and its reasons. Chapter Three discusses the rulings and judgments regarding infallibility. Chapter Four addresses the timing of infallibility and its nature. Chapter Five explores the benefits of infallibility, divided into three categories: benefits related to Allah’s command, benefits concerning the Prophet himself, and benefits that apply to legally competent and responsible persons (mukallafīn). Conclusion: The conclusion consists of the most important findings, key recommendations, and main proposals. It also includes a list of references and a general index. | ||||
