| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تعليمي قائم على المدخل التاريخي للرياضيات، والكشف عن فاعليته في تنمية استيعاب المفاهيم الرياضية والرغبة المنتجة لدى طلاب الصف السادس الابتدائي، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي لبناء البرنامج التعليمي والمنهج التجريبي بتصميمه شبه التجريبي للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة. واستخدم البحث أداتين هما اختبار استيعاب المفاهيم الرياضية ومقياس الرغبة المنتجة، وقام الباحثان ببناء دليلًا للمعلم وكتاب للطالب وفق المدخل التاريخي للرياضيات. وتم تطبيق البحث بتدريس وحدة العمليات على الكسور العشرية على عينة عشوائية عنقودية متعددة المراحل، وتكونت من (77) طالبًا من طلاب الصف السادس الابتدائي، حيث بلغ عدد طلاب المجموعة التجريبية (39) طالبًا، و(38) طالبًا للمجموعة الضابطة، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي القائم على المدخل التاريخي للرياضيات في تنمية استيعاب المفاهيم الرياضية لدى طلاب الصف السادس الابتدائي بحجم تأثير مرتفع، إذ وجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى أقل من أو يساوي (0,05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار استيعاب المفاهيم الرياضية لصالح متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية. فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي القائم على المدخل التاريخي للرياضيات في تنمية الرغبة المنتجة لدى طلاب الصف السادس الابتدائي بحجم تأثير مرتفع، إذ وجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى أقل من أو يساوي (0,05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس الرغبة المنتجة لصالح متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية. وبناءً على هذه النتائج؛ أوص البحث بتوظيف المدخل التاريخي للرياضيات في مناهج الرياضيات المدرسية، وتضمين طرق توظيف المدخل التاريخي للرياضيات في برامج التطوير المهني لمعلمي الرياضيات، كما قدم البحث عددًا من المقترحات البحثية ذات الارتباط بموضوع البحث The research aimed to develop an educational program based on the historical approach to mathematics and to investigate its effectiveness in enhancing the understanding of mathematical concepts and productive desire among sixth-grade primary school students. A descriptive approach was utilized to design the educational program, while an experimental approach (Quazi-experimental design) was applied for the experimental and control groups. Two main tools were used: a test for mathematical conceptual understanding and a scale for measuring productive desire. Additionally, a teacher's guide and a student book based on the historical approach to mathematics were developed. The program was implemented through teaching a unit on operations with rational fractions to a multi-stage random sample of 77 sixth-grade students. The experimental group consisted of 39 students, while the control group included 38 students. The results of the study concluded: The effectiveness of the educational program based on the historical approach to mathematics in enhancing the understanding of mathematical concepts among sixth-grade students is significantly high. A statistically significant difference was found at Less or equal to (0.05) level between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups on the post-application of the mathematical concept understanding test, favoring the mean score of the experimental group. The effectiveness of the educational program based on the historical approach to mathematics in enhancing the understanding of mathematical concepts among sixth-grade students is significantly high. A statistically significant difference was found at Less or equal to (0.05) level between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups on the post-application of the productive desire scale, favoring the mean score of the experimental group. Based on these results, the study recommended integrating the historical approach to mathematics into school curricula and including methods for utilizing this approach in professional development programs for mathematics teachers. The study also proposed several research suggestions related to its scope. | ||||
