Abstract
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية الكفايات المعرفية لدى الطلاب/المعلمين الشعب العلمية، من خلال تعريف الطلاب/ المعلمين على بحوث الفعل وكيفية إجراءها، ليتمكنوا من حل المشكلات المتعلقة بكفاياتهم المعرفية التي تواجههم أثناء القيام بدورهم كمعلمين خلال فترة التدريب الميداني ، ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بإعداد قائمة بالكفايات المعرفية اللازمة للطلاب/ المعلمين الشعب العلمية بكلية التربية، كما قامت الباحثة بدراسة محاور البحث الرئيسية والتي تتمثل في محور بحوث الفعل ومحور الكفايات المعرفية وذلك للوصول إلى اسس تصميم البرنامج .
وقد قامت الباحثة بإعداد البرنامج المقترح لتوظيف بحوث الفعل وعرضه على مجموعة من السادة المحكمين للتأكد من صلاحيته، ثم قامت الباحثة بإعداد أداة البحث المتمثلة في بطاقة ملاحظة الكفايات المعرفية للطلاب/ المعلمين الشعب العلمية وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق  أداة البحث قبلياً على مجموعة البحث، ثم قامت بتطبيق البرنامج بما يحتويه من أنشطة وتطبيقات عملية على  مجموعة البحث، ثم طبقت بطاقة الملاحظة بعدياً، وتم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لأداة البحث، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطى رتب درجات طلاب مجموعة البحث فى التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدى، وذلك في الكفايات المعرفية ، وأشارت إلى فاعلية البرنامج المقترح لتوظيف بحوث الفعل في التدريب الميداني لتنمية الكفايات المعرفية للطلاب/ المعلمين الشعب العلمية _ بكلية التربية _ جامعة حلوان. 
The current research aims to develop the cognitive competencies of students/teachers of scientific subjects, by introducing students/teachers to action research and how to conduct it, so that they can solve problems related to their professional competencies that they face while carrying out their role as teachers during the period of field training, To achieve this, the researcher prepared a list of the cognitive competencies necessary for students/teachers of scientific subjects at the College of Education, The researcher also studied the main research axes, which are the axis of action research and the axis of cognitive competencies, in order to reach the foundations of program design.
The researcher prepared the proposed program for employing action research and presented it to a group of arbitrators to ensure its validity, Then the researcher prepared the research tool represented by an observation card of the cognitive competencies of students/teachers in the scientific disciplines, The researcher applied the research tool preliminarily to the research group, then she applied the program, including the activities and practical applications it contains, to the research group, then applied the observation card afterward, Statistical processing of the research tool was carried out, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average ranks of the research group’s students’ scores in the pre- and post-applications in favor of the post-application, in cognitive competencies, and indicated the effectiveness of the proposed program for employing action research in field training to develop the cognitive competencies of students/teachers in the scientific divisions - Faculty of Education - Helwan University.
