| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الحالي إلى إلقاء الضوء على فئة الأطفال الذين يمرون في ظروف صعبة وحرجة، وذلك من خلال تحديد أبعاد المشكلة واقتراح الحلول لها. ولتحقيق ذلك تم تعريف مصطلح الأطفال في ظروف صعبة وحرجة، وإعطاء بعض الأمثلة لهؤلاء الأطفال، وتحديد خصائصهم، والعوامل المسببة لوجودهم في هذه الظروف الصعبة والحرجة. أيضا تم تسليط الضوء على تأثير الظروف الصعبة على الأطفال، وردود أفعالهم تجاه هذه الظروف. ولاستكمال باقي أهداف البحث تم رصد بعض الجهود المبذولة لمساعدة الأطفال في ظروف صعبة وحرجة، بصفة عامة وجهود مصر بصفة خاصة، فتم إعطاء فكرة موجزة عن مبادرة " نبتة مصر" ومبادرة "دوي" صوت الفتاة المصرية يرتفع. وفي نهاية البحث تم رصد بعض التحديات التي تواجه الجهود المبذولة لمساعدة الأطفال في ظروف صعبة وحرجة، وتوضيح دور كل من الأسرة ورياض الأطفال والمدرسة والمجتمع في حماية الأطفال. The current research aimsd to shed light on the category of children who are going through difficult and critical circumstances, by identifying dimensions of this problem and proposing solutions for it. To achieve this, the term children in difficult and critical circumstances was defined, and some examples of these children were given, their characteristics were identified, and factors causing their presence in these difficult and critical circumstances were identified. The impact of difficult circumstances on children and their reactions to these circumstances were also highlighted. To complete the rest of research objectives, some efforts made to help children in difficult and critical circumstances were monitored, in general, and Egypt's efforts in particular. A brief idea was given about the "Nabta Misr" initiative and the "Dawi" initiative, “the voice of the Egyptian girl is rising”. At the end of the research, some challenges facing the efforts made to help children in difficult and critical circumstances were monitored, and the role of the family, kindergarten, school and society in protecting children was clarified. | ||||
