| Abstract | ||||
| The role of natural resources in achieving economic growth is complex. Natural resources must be managed sustainably and economic diversification must be ensured to ensure a fair distribution of natural resources, through which economic efficiency is achieved in the use of natural resources to achieve the greatest possible production with the least possible resources. Without wasting available natural resources, as natural resources are the primary factors for economic growth. Countries with abundant natural resources have a great opportunity to leverage these resources to achieve sustainable economic development. However, they face many challenges that must be addressed to achieve economic growth from available natural resources. Without harming the environment or causing social conflicts and without harming the rights of future generations to existing natural resources. The research primarily aimed to study the role of natural resources in achieving economic development and economic growth through: (1) Identify the nature of available natural resources, (2) Study the role of natural resources in achieving economic development and sustainable economic growth, (3) Study the challenges and risks that threaten natural resources and how to confront them. | ||||
