| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان دور الدعاة إلى الله تعالى، في مواجهة ظاهرة خطيرة من الظواهر الغربية الدخيلة على المجتمعات الإسلامية والعربية، ألا وهي ظاهرة المساكنة قبل الزواج، تلك الظاهرة التي تطعن في ثوابت الدين، وتروج للفاحشة ونشر الرذيلة، وتقضي على العفة والفضيلة، وتنال من كل القيم الدينية، والأخلاق الإسلامية، وتهدد تماسك الأسر، وتعبث باستقرار المجتمعات، وتؤدي إلى عواقب وخيمة تنذر بهلاك البشرية،كانقطاع النسل وانقراض النوع الإنساني، وضياع الأنساب واختلاطها،وانتهاك حقوق المرأة وإهدار كرامتها، وانتشار المزيد من الأطفال اللقطاء. وقد تناولت في هذه الدراسة تعريف المساكنة قبل الزواج، ثم رصدت أبرز الأسباب الكامنة وراء تلك الظاهرة، مع الكشف عن مخاطرها المدمرة وآثارها السلبية على المجتمعات، ثم التأصيل لأهم الحلول العلاجية الفعالة في الحد منها والقضاء عليها؛ ثم توصلت إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أن تيسر أمور الزواج، وعدم المغالاة في المهور، مع التحلي بالعفة والحياء، والمواظبة على أداء الشعائر التعبدية، وعلى رأسها الصلاة والصيام من أعظم الوسائل في مواجهة ظاهرة المساكنة قبل الزواج والقضاء عليها. كما أن توعية الدعاة إلى الله تعالى للمدعوين من خطورة التقليد الأعمى للغرب، ومحاكاة المشاهير والنجوم في كل ما يروجون له من الخلاعة والفجور ونشر الإباحية، والاستخدام السلبي لوسائل الإعلام والاتصال المختلفة، من أهم العوامل التى لها له أعظم الأثر في مواجهة ظاهرة المساكنة قبل الزواج والحد منها. ثم أوصيت: بإقامة مؤسسات اجتماعية وأهلية للعمل على مساعدة المحتاجين للزواج من الفقراء والمساكين وذوي الحاجة ، وذلك عن طريق إنشاء صناديق وقفية من أجل تيسير الزواج، وذلك تحت إشراف الجهات المعنية والمؤسسات الرسمية من قبل الدولة، مع تفعيل العقوبات القانونية على كل من يخرج عن الذوق العام للمجتمعات، ويروج للفاحشة، والرذيلة بين الناس، وذلك للحد من ظاهرة المساكنة قبل الزواج وغيرها من العلاقات الجنسية العابرة بين الرجال والنساء. Abstract: This research is aimed at a statement of the role of preachers to God, in the face of a serious phenomenon of Western phenomena of Islamic and Arab societies, not a phenomenon S homepage! In this study, the most important causes of this phenomenon, were addressed in this study, with detecting its destructive risks and negative effects on societies, and then rooting the most effective therapeutic solutions in their reduction and elimination; Then reached a number of results, including: To facilitate marriage, and lack of overstatement in the ponies, with the chastity and inflammation, and the presence of the performance of the stagnation, headed by prayer and fasting from the greatest ways in the face of the phenomenon of senior marriage and elimination. The awareness of the preachers to God for consensus is the gravity of the blind tradition of the West, and simulating celebrities and stars in everything they promote him from the creative, gag and pornography, and the negative use of different media and communication, one of the most important factors Which has the greatest impact in the face of the phenomenon of sealing before marriage and reducing them. It was recommended: the establishment of social and civil institutions to work to help those in need of poor, poor and needed marriage, by establishing a pvc funds to facilitate marriage, under the supervision of the concerned authorities and official institutions by the State, with activation Legal sanctions on anyone who comes out of the general taste of communities, promotes for the fragrance, and the vice between people, so as to reduce the phenomenon of prenatal and other sexual relations of men and women.
