| ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الى وضع تصور مقترح يمكن من خلاله تفعيل دور التحول الرقمى لتحقيق التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمى المدارس الثانوية فى منطقة الفروانية بدولة الكويت ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تمكين المعلم في عصر ثورة التحول الرقمى يستلزم مجموعة من المتطلبات من بينها : توافر المعرفة وامتلاك المعلومات والبيانات حول الثورة الصناعية وتقنياتها ، وتطوير منظومة التعليم وفلسفته من خلال رؤية فلسفية واضحة ، والارتقاء بمستوى المعلم رقميا وتكنولوجيا، وتوفير منظومة أخلاقية وتشريعه لتنظيم ، وتطوير البنية التحتية والتقنية للمؤسسات التعليمية ، كما أوصت ببعض المبادئ الرئيسة لتنفيذ التحول الرقمي بفاعلية منها : وضرورة إعداد المعلم والمتعلم للإبحار في عالم المحتوى الرقمي ، والتحول الرقمي هو تحوّل ثقافي كبير يعتمد على الأشخاص المشاركين فيه أكثر من اعتماده على التكنولوجيا. Abstract The study aimed to develop a proposed conception through which the role of digital transformation can be activated to achieve sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers in the Farwaniya region in the State of Kuwait, and the study used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of the study, and the study concluded that empowering the teacher in the era of the digital transformation revolution requires a set of requirements, including: the availability of knowledge and possession of information and data about the industrial revolution and its technologies, the development of the education system and its philosophy through a clear philosophical vision, and upgrading the level of the teacher digitally And technology, and provide an ethical system and legislation to organize, and develop the infrastructure and technical institutions of educational institutions, also recommended some of the main principles to implement digital transformation effectively, including: And the need to prepare the teacher and the learner to navigate the world of digital content, and digital transformation is a major cultural transformation depends on the people involved in it more than on technology. | ||||
