| ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية هدفت الدراسة الى وضع التصور المقترح الذى يمكن من خلاله تحسين مستوى الكفاءات الأدائية لمعلمى المدارس الثانوية فى ضوء مفاهيم وأبعاد الامن الوظيفى بمحافظة الأحمدى بدولة الكويت ، وأعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي من أجل استخدامه في وصف الظاهرة المبحوثة، من حيث طبيعتها ودرجة وجودها، وتوضيح مشكلة البحث، ومراجعة الأدبيات وفي تحليل المعلومات وتفسيرها، وسرد النتائج والتوصيات إعتماد نظام لتحفيز المعلمون بإنتظام سواء ماديا أو معنويا ، وتوصلت وأوصت بوجود علاقة تناسبية بين الأجور وأنواع الوظائف والظروف الاقتصادية المحيطة ، مع مراعاة تكلفة المعيشة ، وتوضيح شروط العقد التي تحمي حقوق المعلمون ، وتقديم المساعدة للمعلمون عندما يواجهون مشاكل إجتماعية والانضمام إلى التأمينات الاجتماعية ، ووضع سياسات واضحة لنوع العمل الذي يشارك فيه المعلمون . Abstract The study aimed to develop the proposed perception through which the level of performance competencies of secondary school teachers can be improved in the light of the concepts and dimensions of job security in Ahmadi Governorate in the State of Kuwait, and the study relied on the descriptive approach in order to use it in describing the phenomenon studied, in terms of its nature and degree of existence, and clarify the research problem, and review the literature and in the analysis and interpretation of information, and list the results and recommendations Adopting a system to motivate teachers regularly, whether materially or morally, and reached and recommended a proportional relationship between wages and types of Jobs and surrounding economic conditions, taking into account the cost of living, clarifying contract terms that protect teachers' rights, providing assistance to teachers when they face social problems and joining social insurance, and establishing clear policies for the type of work in which teachers participate | ||||
