| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع البيئة التعليمية الجامعية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها: تطلعات تطويرية. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج النوعي، وقامت الباحثة بإجراء مقابلات مع (15) عضو هيئة تدريس. وأظهرت نتائج هذه المقابلات أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس قدموا تطلعات تطويرية لواقع البيئة التعليمية الجامعية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي شملت: اعتماد قرارات إستراتيجية في الأوقات التي تتعرض لها مؤسسات التعليم العالي لتحديات داخلية وخارجية لها تأثير إيجابي في النظام التعليمي ككل, تحديد جوانب القوة والضعف في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من قبل القيادات التربوية المختصة بالجانب التطويري, من خلال عمليات القياس والتقويم والمتابعة المستمرة, اتباع منهج علمي لفاعلية ضمان جودة المؤسسات التعليمية وذلك من خلال الالتزام بالتحليل المنطقي والموضوعي للمواقف والمتغيرات وتحديد الاتجاهات الصحيحة, توافر تحليل منهجي شامل للمركز التنافسي الحالي لكل مؤسسة من مؤسسات التعليم العالي, إيجاد تصور تطويري يختص بالنظام التربوي يركز على تطورات التحولات الرقمية المستقبلية, سعي مؤسسات التعليم العالي لتعزيز التوجيهات العالمية الشائعة والمطبقة في الدول المتقدمة وإصلاح الكفاية الداخلية والانسجام الداخلي والخارجي The study aimed to identify the reality of the university educational environment in higher education institutions from the perspective of faculty members with development aspirations. The study adopted a qualitative approach, and the researcher conducted interviews with (15) faculty members. The results of these interviews revealed that faculty members presented development aspirations for the university educational environment in higher education institutions. These aspirations included adopting strategic decisions during times when higher education institutions face internal and external challenges that have a positive impact on the educational system as a whole. These aspirations included identifying the strengths and weaknesses of higher education institutions by educational leaders specializing in development, through continuous measurement, evaluation, and follow-up processes. These aspirations included adopting a scientific approach to ensure the quality of educational institutions by adhering to a logical and objective analysis of situations and variables and identifying the correct directions. These aspirations included providing a comprehensive systematic analysis of the current competitive position of each higher education institution. These aspirations included developing a development vision for the educational system that focuses on future digital transformations. These aspirations included the pursuit of higher education institutions to reinforce common global trends applied in developed countries and to improve internal sufficiency and internal and external consistency | ||||
