| ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الى وضع التصور المقترح الذى يمكن من خلاله تحقيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية لاعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الكويت فى ضوء متطلبات تحسين التميز التنظيمى لدى القيادات الجامعية ، وأستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى وذلك لمناسبة هذا المنهج لطبيعة موضوع الدراسة واهدافها ، وتوصلت وأوصت بكل مما يلى : تفرغ أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعمل طوال الوقت في مؤسسة واحدة ، والكشف المستمر على ميول واهتمامات اعضاء هيئات التدريس ، وإيجاد نظم مبتكرة للاختيار والتعيين والترقية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بحيث تعطي الأولوية للكفاءة ، وتعاون أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمؤسسة لإنتاج أبحاث علمية مشتركة ، وتوافر قدر كاف من المعرفة الأساسية بالمادة العلمية وطرق التدريس ، والاعتماد على مقررات وبرامج تعليمية مرنة، تحترم ميول ورغبات ، والاستقرار المادي والنفسي لعضو هيئة التدريس سيضاعف من الاداء . Abstract The study aimed to develop the proposed perception through which the quality of career life of faculty members at Kuwait University can be achieved in light of the requirements for improving organizational excellence among university leaders, and the study used the descriptive analytical approach in order to appropriate this approach to the nature of the subject of the study and its objectives, and reached and recommended each of the following: Full-time faculty members to work all the time in one institution, continuous detection of the tendencies and interests of faculty members, and finding innovative systems for selection, appointment and promotion of members The faculty gives priority to efficiency, the cooperation of the faculty members of the institution to produce joint scientific research, the availability of a sufficient amount of basic knowledge of the scientific material and teaching methods, and reliance on flexible courses and educational programs, respecting the tendencies and desires, and the material and psychological stability of the faculty member will double the performance | ||||
