| Abstract | ||||
| مستخلص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المتوسطة للذكاء التنافس وعلاقته بالرشاقة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين بدولة الكويت، وتحقيقًا لأهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للخروج بالإطار النظري للدراسة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن ممارسة الذكاء التنافسى من مديري المدارس في جميع الابعاد جاءت بدرجة موافقة كبيرة في جميع المؤشرات، كما أتى واقع توفر الرشاقة التنظيمية بين عينة الدراسة بدرجة موافقة كبيرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من المعوقات التي تحد من تحقيق الذكاء التنافسي، وخرجت الدراسة بمتطلبات تحقيق الذكاء التنافسي، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات استجابات عينة الدراسة تجاه محاور الاستبانة بصورة عامة، بالنسبة لمتغير الوظيفة ، والدرجة العلمية، ووجود فرق بين متوسطي درجات استجابات عينة الدراسة حسب سنوات الخبرة لصالح سنوات الخبرة من 10-20 سنة في أبعاد المحور الأول درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت لأبعاد الذكاء التنافسي ، والمحور الثاني واقع توفر الرشاقة التنظيمية، وخرجت الدراسة بتقديم تصور مقترحة لممارسة الذكاء التنافسي لدى مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت لتحقيق الرشاقة التنظيمية لدى معلمى مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة. كلمات مفتاحية: الذكاء التنافسي - التعليم الرشاقة التنظيمية- المرحلة المتوسطة. Abstract The study aimed to identify the reality of competitive intelligence practice among middle school principals in Kuwait to achieve organizational agility among teachers. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher followed the descriptive approach to develop the theoretical framework and construct a questionnaire applied to a sample of (439) principals, deputies, and teachers from middle schools in Kuwait, who were selected randomly. The study results revealed that the practice of competitive intelligence by school principals in all dimensions showed a high degree of agreement across all indicators. Similarly, the reality of organizational agility among the study sample also showed a high degree of agreement. The study identified several obstacles that limit the achievement of competitive intelligence and presented requirements for achieving competitive intelligence. The study results showed no statistically significant differences between the mean responses of the study sample towards the questionnaire axes in general regarding job position and academic degree variables. However, there was a difference between the mean responses of the study sample according to years of experience, favoring those with 10-20 years of experience in the dimensions of the first axis (the degree of competitive intelligence practice by middle school principals in Kuwait) and the second axis (the reality of organizational agility). The study concluded by presenting a proposed framework for practicing competitive intelligence among middle school principals in Kuwait to achieve organizational agility among middle school teachers.
