| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى تقنيات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المنظومة التعليمية داخل الخط الأخضر: رؤى مستقبلية. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج النوعي، وقامت الباحثة بإجراء مقابلات مع (30) عضو هيئة تدريس. وأظهرت نتائج هذه المقابلات أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس قدموا رؤى مستقبلية لتفعيل تقنيات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المنظومة التعليمية داخل الخط الأخضر شملت: التصدي لأهم التحديات والقضايا التي تواجه الجامعات وتتعلق بالتقنيات لتحدد دور وأهمية وملامح التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المستقبل, تحديد دور الجامعات داخل الخط الأخضر في اكساب القيادات التربوية مهارات ومعارف القرن الحادي والعشرين, قيام الجامعات بالكشف عن تصورات القيادات التربوية حول توظيف تقنيات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المنظومة التعليمية, سعي الجامعات إلى زيادة المخصصات المالية التي تدعم الجانب التقني في العمليات الإدارية والمؤسسية ككل. The study aimed to identify strategic planning techniques in the educational system within the Green Line: Future Visions. The study adopted a qualitative approach, and the researcher conducted interviews with (30) faculty members. The results of these interviews showed that faculty members presented future visions for activating strategic planning techniques in the educational system within the Green Line. These visions included: Addressing the most important challenges and issues facing universities related to technology to determine the role, importance, and features of strategic planning in the future; defining the role of universities within the Green Line in equipping educational leaders with 21st-century skills and knowledge; universities revealing educational leaders' perceptions of employing strategic planning techniques in the educational system; and universities' efforts to increase financial allocations that support the technical aspect of administrative and institutional processes as a whole. | ||||
