| ملخص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية لبحث الدافعية للإنجاز في ضوء بعض المتغيرات كاختلاف الفئة العمرية واختلاف المرحلة التعليمية لدى الفتيات ذوات الظروف الخاصة من خلال بحث فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى عينة من الفتيات ذوات الظروف الخاصة عينة الدِّراسة في صورتها النهائية من (28) فتاة، من فتيات دار التربية الاجتماعية في مدينة الرياض ممن تتراوح أعمارهن بين (20-28) والمتوسط العمري لهن 22,50, بينما الانحراف المعياري 2,20,وتم استخدام مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الأطفال والراشدين (1981م)، إعداد د. فاروق عبد الفتاح موسى، أعد هذا الاختبار في الأصل هـ.ج.م.هيرمانز، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه : لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات الفتيات ذوات الظروف الخاصة في دار التربية الاجتماعية في مدينة الرياض على مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز باختلاف متغير الفئة العمرية لهن ، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات الفتيات ذوات الظروف الخاصة بدار التربية الاجتماعية في مدينة الرياض على مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز باختلاف متغير المرحلة التعليمية، وذلك لصالح الفتيات ممن مؤهلهن (جامعي)، وأوصت الدراسة باهمية اختيار توعية القائمات برعاية الفتيات ذوات الظروف الخاصة بأهمية مراعاة الفروق الفردية في سمات الشخصية لدى الفتيات، وأن تختلف المعاملة لكل فتاة، حسب قدراتها واستعداداتها، مع ضرورة توعية الفتيات ذوات الظروف الخاصة بأهمية التعليم في حياة الفتاة. Abstract: The current study aimed to investigate achievement motivation in light of some variables, such as differences in age group and educational level among girls with special circumstances, by examining statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation among a sample of girls with special circumstances. The study sample in its final form consisted of (28) girls from the Social Education House in Riyadh, whose ages ranged between (20-28), with an average age of 22.50, while the standard deviation was 2.20. The achievement motivation scale for children and adults (1981 AD) was used, prepared by Dr. Farouk Abdel Fattah Musa. This test was originally prepared by H.J.M. Hermans. The study results showed that: There are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of girls with special needs at the Social Education Center in Riyadh on the achievement motivation scale, depending on their age group. There are also statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the average responses of girls with special needs at the Social Education Center in Riyadh on the achievement motivation scale, depending on their educational level, in favor of girls with university degrees. The study recommended the importance of educating those who care for girls with special needs about the importance of taking into account individual differences in personality traits among girls, and that treatment of each girl should be differentiated according to her abilities and aptitudes. It is also necessary to educate girls with special needs about the importance of education in a girl's life. | ||||
