| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التأصيل الأصوليّ للغضب ومعرفة ارتباطه بعوارض الأهلية حيث أنَّ الغضب من الأمور التي انتشرت في العصر الحديث وترتب عليها نتائج تحتاج إلى تأصيل شرعيّ وأحكام فقهية، فتناول البحث المقصود بالأهلية الشرعية وأقسامها وعوارضها التي تخرج المرء عن التكليف ثمَّ معرفة معنى الغضب وما هي أقسامه التي تتعارض مع الأهلية وهل هناك غضب مخرج عن الأهلية وغضب غير مخرج عنها، وذلك لأنَّ أهلية المرء المسلم للتكليف تترتب على فهمه للتكليف وعلى أن تكتمل فيه شروط الأهلية وألا يكون هناك عارض يعارض هذه الأهلية لذا احتجت للتركيز على الغضب وما يترتب عليه من تأصيل أصوليّ وأحكام فقهية يحتاج إليها الفرد المسلم في العصر الحديث، فمن اكتملت فيه شروط الغضب المخرج عن الأهلية حكمه يختلف عمن لم تكتمل فيه هذه الشروط التي ينبغي معرفتها ودراستها حتى لا يختلط الأمر على الناس. Abstract: The research aims to rooting the fundamentalist anger and find out its link to the symptoms of eligibility as anger is one of the things that have spread in the modern era and resulted in results that need to be rooted legitimate and jurisprudential provisions, so the research dealt with what is meant by legitimate eligibility and its sections and symptoms that take one out of the assignment and then know the meaning of anger and what are its sections that conflict with eligibility and is there anger out of eligibility and anger is not out of it, because the eligibility of a Muslim for assignment entails his understanding of the assignment and That the eligibility conditions are completed and that there is no exhibitor who opposes this eligibility, so I needed to focus on anger and the consequent rooting fundamentalism and jurisprudential provisions needed by the Muslim individual in the modern era, whoever completed the conditions of anger out of eligibility his judgment differs from those who did not complete these conditions that should be known and studied so as not to confuse people | ||||
